My role as a guide and a healer is to be deeply connected to the Life at the heart of everything and attentive to the present moment. This allows me to be a conduit of Divine love creating the conditions for you to come deeply home to your Source, to self heal those places that need more love, and to support you in living the fullness of your awakening. As we sit with one another, tending to the movements of every day life, we discover the golden treasure hiding in all life experience. The beginning of all awakening is awareness. From the space of awareness we heal, grow, flourish and expand. Individual work with a guide is a path leading at the same time inward towards our Source, and outwards towards easeful and inspired living ever more fully realized as the Divine beings we are.

Relax into Wholeness

An Online Retreat in Daily Life

Can you remember a time when things were going so well, when you touched an internal place of abundance, belonging, expansion and connection? See if you can sink into that memory now. What does it feel like in your body to re-visit that place? What was happening in your life at that time?

Those times are like pure magic. We have a more potent ability to be present, to play and create and to connect from our deepest being. We trust life and have a remarkable ability to navigate even very difficult circumstances. It's a place of aliveness, movement and fun.

And, let's face it, how often are we actually living from this place of wholeness, resource and joy? How often do we lose this sense of wellbeing when we bump up against the practical realities of deadlines, circumstances, emotional complexity and a less-than-generous self witness?

The thing is, people I talk to, myself included, want to operate more and more from their own wholeness and less and less from a wonky space that just isn't centered. I know I am a better person, partner, parent, and being when I am tapped in to my source energy. It just doesn't feel good to operate in ways that aren't authentic, loving and creative. Then there's that pesky truth that this movement in and out is just a part of everything.

So, what do we do? Let's play! One of the most powerful catalysts to transformation is the power to notice and be curious. When we are presented with good and safe conditions within which to pay attention-where we have easy access to wholeness and where we're blocked up become clear. We can then make a choice towards more life and love. As we practice, we can also ease the suffering that sometimes can come when we get tripped up. What might it feel like to bump up against that same old block and turn it into an opportunity for compassion and love....which is a sure path back to center?

At the end of the day, the Universe, me and everyone who participates in this retreat is cheering for you to relax into your own beautiful, unique expression of wholeness. The world needs the gift you have to offer by being exactly you. I'm so excited to journey with you.

Here are the details:

Every day from November 23rd to December 21 you will receive the gift of a short reflection in the members area of my website. Each day we will look at a different facet of wholeness or making our way back there if we are blocked.
Starting Wednesday November 30th at 6:30pm Central we will gather on zoom for a 90 minute live gathering where we can share what we are noticing, any wins, insights or challenges and be together in community (audio recording will be available if you can't make it).

What exactly will we be exploring? We will be looking at some specific areas where fullness can be blocked and will trace each area through the cycle of transformation. Each day will include reflections for you to contemplate.

We will look at
Time- What might it look like if you felt abundant in relationship with time?
Circumstance- What might it be like to experience any circumstance from a place of belonging to a friendly universe?
Emotion- What might it feel like to experience any emotion, fully, cleanly and without fear?
and Self- And finally, what if you saw the precious gift of you as the fulfilled dreams of your ancestors, as the longing of life for itself, as the one we have all been waiting for?
